Who ever said, "Too much of a good thing can kill you," couldn't
have been referring to sex. In fact, the more sex you have, the better
off you are. In mind, heart, and body!
Besides the sheer pleasure of having sex in a loving, intimate relationship,
there are many other benefits. Let's examine a few.
Weight loss. Did you know you burn 150 calories
per half hour during sex. And for those into Tantra, where lovemaking
can last up to 4 hours, you can burn up to 600 calories. Having regular
sex has the same benefits as regular exercise. Looking to lose some
weight but you're too busy to make it to the gym? No problem. Forget
the exercise bike and hop onto something a little more pleasurable
to ride!
Increased blood flow. Too tired at night to have
sex? The deep breathing during intercourse helps increase blood flow
to your organs thus helping you fight fatigue and illness. The more
sex you have, the less tired you'll be.
Lower cholesterol. Tired of eating all that salmon,
garlic and omega 3 fatty acids? Good news is on its way. Sex helps
tip the good vs. bad cholesterol in your favor.
Headaches. Not tonight honey, I have a headache.
All the more reason to have sex. Sexual intimacy releases oxytocin
into your body which in turn releases endorphins. And what do endorphins
do you ask? Helps diminish pain and gives you a natural high. Say
good-bye to that headache and hello to the big O.
Stress reduction. With sex, comes deep relaxation.
What better way to unwind and de-stress after a hard day at work?
Boost Testosterone and Estrogen. Sex helps boost testosterone and
estrogen in both men and women which in turn helps boost the libido.
The more sex you have, the more you want.
So if sex is so good for us why aren't we all doing it? Daily!
Did you know that 1/3 of American couples report inhibited sexual
desire. What can these couples do to increase their drive and derive
all the benefits from having regular, loving, intimate sexual relations?
The answer is simple, really. Read Erotic Romance.
Besides its entertainment value, reading Erotic Romance can titillate
you, spark your sexual arousal or even prolong it. It can trigger
your imagination, heighten your sexual desires, and increase intimacy.
So what are you all waiting for? Put yourself in the mood by curling
up with a sensuous book and let your mind, body and heart reap the
benefits!
