7 Habits of Highly Successful Writers

1. Write every day.

2. Believe in yourself, no matter what.

3. Know what to do with a rejection: learn from it then move on.

4. Never pass up an opportunity to promote writing.

5. Share your wisdom with other writers.

6. Educate yourself about the publishing business.

7. Always look for new publishing opportunities

Julie Rowe is a stay-at-home mom and writer. She's completed thirteen romance novels, with two of them currently under consideration by Harlequin Mills & Boon. While she awaits the sale of her first novel, Julie has pursued publication in other arenas. Her work has been published in the Fort McMurray Today newspaper, Today's Parent magazine, Reader's Digest (Canada), The Canadian Writer's Journal, Writer's Digest, Canadian Living, What's Up Kids Magazine, the Romance Writer's Report and various RWA chapter newsletters.
