Ruth Ryan Langan   

New York Times best-selling author Ruth Ryan Langan has completed more than 70 fiction novels, both contemporary and historical.

Last year saw her anthology, Nora Roberts ONCE UPON A ROSE, climb to the New YorkTimes Best Seller List. This Sept. will bring another in this award-winning anthology series, Nora Roberts ONCE UPON A KISS, as well as a three-book historical series, Badlands for Harlequin Historicals. The first, BADLANDS LAW, debuts in August, with Book 2, BADLANDS LEGEND, and Book 3, BADLANDS HEART, following in October and December.

In 2003 Ruth will see the publication of her 70th novel in the Mystical Highlands series for Harlequin Historicals. Quite an accomplishment for someone who, after her 5th child started school, gave herself the gift of an hour a day to follow her dream to become a writer.

Ruth has given dozens of radio, television and print interviews across the country and Canada, and was quoted in such diverse publications asTHE WALL STREET JOURNAL and COSMOPOLITAN. Locally, Ruth was interviewed by J.P.McCarthy shortly before his death. Ruth has also been interviewed on CNN News, as well as GOOD MORNING AMERICA, and was a guest on DONAHUE.
